The older I get, the more I enjoy a more comfortable style of travel. Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t change my backpacking days as I made many great memories but now that I’m on my 30s I’ve traded the overcrowded hostel dorms for more luxurious accommodations. I’m no longer traveling on a budget so can dine at the higher price restaurants and take the more expensive tours.
There’s nothing I love more than sleeping in style. I love hotels that make me feel special. Especially when there is a gorgeous pool or spa involved!
A relaxing stay at the beautiful Topas Ecolodge in Sapa, Vietnam. If you’re looking for a fairy tale location, look no further!
If you’re looking to escape the crowds in popular Ao Nang, Thailand and want some privacy, you need to stay at the relaxing Alisea Pool Villas. Stay in your private villa, with your own private pool and forget about the world.

When I’m not staying at a spa hotel, I will still seek out local spas for a day of relaxation. I’ve found some really great ones while traveling but also while at home.
One of my favourite cities in Europe is Riga, Latvia and when I need a day off from sightseeing I love a visit to the ESPA spa at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
In Kerala, India I got to experience my first Ayurvedic massage while staying at the stunning Vythiri Village in Wayward.
